You can search the data in the database using the following criteria:

Keywords/search terms

Analog Samples collected from terrestrial sites (e.g., Atacama desert, lava tube, etc.) serving as analogs to various planetary bodies (e.g., Moon, Mars, Ceres, etc.).
Astrobiology Samples pertaining to the field of astrobiology (e.g., amino acids, biomarkers, etc.).
Astrophysics Samples pertaining to the field of astrophysics (e.g., PAHs)
Atmospheric science Samples pertaining to atmospheric sciences (e.g., Organic/H2SO4 aerosols)
Biological Samples derived from living organisms.
Degradation Product Samples produced from the degradation or destruction of another sample.
Exobiology Samples pertaining to the field of exobiology.
Geological Samples pertaining to the field of geology.
Heterocycle Organic ring structure containing other atoms (e.g., S, O, N) in addition to carbon and hydrogen.
Ices Sample dealing with molecule encased in frozen mixtures.
Inorganic Samples composed of compounds which are not organic (e.g. broadly speaking, compounds not containing carbon or derived from living matter).
Irradiation product Samples derived from the irradiation (e.g., UV, electron, X-ray, etc.) of a parent or pristine compound or mixture of compounds.

Matrix-isolation Samples based on the experimental technique where a material is encased in a typically unreactive matrix or host matrix, thereby isolating the material of interest.
Microbiology Samples of microscopic organisms (e.g., bacteria, fungi, etc.).
Microscope Samples collected using the Raman microscope.
Mineral Samples of naturally occurring inorganic elements or compounds (e.g., hematite, olivine, etc.).

PAH A polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound, composed of only carbon and hydrogen atoms arranged in aromatic rings.
PANH A PAH or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound in which a nitrogen atom replaces one or more of the carbon atoms within the aromatic rings.
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon A compound composed of only carbon and hydrogen atoms arranged in aromatic rings.
Polycyclic Aromatic Nitrogen Heterocycle A PAH or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon compound in which a nitrogen atom replaces one or more of the carbon atoms within the aromatic rings.
Planetary science Samples with relevance to the field of planetary science.
Powder Samples analyzed in ground or microcrystalline powder form.
Probe Samples collected using the Raman probes versus the Raman microscope.
Solid Samples whose spectra were collected in the solid phase.
